As an endurance bike racer, I have tried just about everything to make me race faster and longer. During every one of my races in the past 5 years, my right calf muscle would start twitching and cramping at about the 15th hour of the race. An electrolyte pill I once tried helped with the cramping, but not the twitching.
About a month before my last 425 mile race, I started drinking Hydrazen A.T. Ideally Structured Water. Amazingly, during the race I drank less liquid than I would normally drink on such a hot day, but had no muscle spasms, no twitching, and no cramps. Unfortunately, my back wheel died on me and made me lose about 45 minutes off of the main group of riders. After repairing my bike, I made it back to the group within 10 minutes. At this point, my left knee started to give out, so I had to slow down for the rest of the race. Even with all of these misfortunes, I still went on to win the silver medal!

I am a homemaker and mother of three beautiful boys.
